mother's day

This year we spent mother's day weekend at the fields watching Preston's baseball tournament:

His team was battling to qualify for state...

And they made it!!  Took second place in the tournament!

I couldn't think of a way I would rather spend my mother's day.  And the icing on the cake was the lovely daisies that the players gave to their moms.

I am such a sucker for pretty flowers, my kind hearted hubs picked up a few of my favorites as well!

Nothing in the world compares to the joy I have found from being a mom.  The pitter patter of little feet.  The innocence.  The endless hugs and unconditional love.  It's a daily blessing that I am grateful for and I truly appreciate that my three little P's make every day such a special day.
