It seems like the kiddos have been home quite a bit from school lately.  From parent teacher conferences, to snow days to being sick, we have all been cooped up in our home this last few weeks...

Yep, you read it right, we had a snow day!  The large amount of heavy, wet and icy snow has already since melted.  Hopefully it was the last one of the year?

After we returned from our trip to Madison, we really snagged something awful, and this was our new best friend...

Well, BabyRub, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, NyQuil, lots of fluids and hot baths....  Yep, we had it all; fever, dehydration and chills.  Thank goodness it's OVER!

In other Jones news, we acquired yet another pet. While at the pet store looking for a dog dish for Izzy, Parker spotted a fish.  "Oh, sure" mom said...  Meet Blueberry:

We have had Blueberry for almost a month now, and he is still alive and smiling, which is a small miracle since I put him completely in the hands of a 7 and 5 year old to manage.

Totally love this picture, this is what bed time looks like around here, melts my heart daily!

And then we have chaotic after school moments like these...

Actually, I was taking this proud mama moment of a picture of Peyton cooking up some dinner and Preston working on his homework, and then Parker wanted to join in the fun, in typical monkey Parker fashion...

It's a miracle I haven't been in the hospital with any major heart related illness... he keeps me on my toes daily, that is for sure!  He is lucky he is so stinkin' adorable, he definitely has his mama's heart!

That's about it around here... spring feels like it is coming, just in time for our Spring Break!  Let's hope the nice weather sticks around for good!
